Orders & Payments
To place an order, add the items of your choice to the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout following the instructions on the screen. You will be directed to payment page to make your payment securely and payment can be made either via a Paypal account or credit card.
All payments should be made in AUD only.
The price for the goods you order is stated clearly on our site. GST is included where applicable.
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
If an item has been priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to supply at the correct price and will inform you of this prior to delivery.
All items are subject to stock availability and if any goods are unavailable, we will contact you giving you an indication of how long before the goods become available and give you the option of waiting or cancelling your order.
If goods have been paid for but are unavailable, we will arrange for a refund if required, via your original method of payment. We do however, endeavour to provide accurate information on the availability of stock. Delivery is charged extra at the rate specified when you place your order.
Delivery and Returns
We will arrange for delivery to the address specified by you when ordering.
We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified on our website or (if none) 28 days of the date of your order but we cannot guarantee delivery by these times. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Risk of damage or loss to the goods passes to you on delivery or, if you wrongfully refuse delivery, when delivery is attempted. We do not accept any liability for loss of goods due to the supply of an inaccurate delivery address by the customer. If you believe your goods may be faulty you must notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your goods by email. We will then arrange with you either a refund or exchange for the affected goods.
Shipping Within Australia
Within Australia,
we deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Service for a flat rate of $7.99.
Additional items we will ship for FREE.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Normally it is preformed the same day.
Shipping times depend on delivery location.
International Postage
You will pay the flat overseas freight, depends of your country, charge to us and then it will be your
responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.
Out of Stocks
Out of Stocks - we update our sites product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
Returns and Exchanges Policy - Online Purchases
All returns packages must be received back at our store within 14 days of the
date your received your ordered goods shipped from us.
For international orders, packages must be received by our store within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
Returns are processed within 14 business days after arriving back at our store.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Currently, we are only able to process exchanges for domestic (AUS) customers.
